CoffeeChats.ai may connect with third-party platforms such as Slack, Discord, email providers, or calendar tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

CoffeeChats.ai is not responsible for third-party services, outages, permissions, or changes.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

CoffeeChats.ai may suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, security risk, or legal requirement.

Fees and Payment

Disclaimers

CoffeeChats.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect matching results, specific outcomes, or that every introduction will lead to a successful conversation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeChats.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to CoffeeChats.ai for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if no amounts were paid.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify CoffeeChats.ai from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party's rights.

Changes to the Service or Terms
