Why we price by member count, not by chat volume
A lot of matching and engagement tools charge per introduction sent, which quietly punishes you for running your program well. We think that's backwards. A community that runs weekly rounds shouldn't pay more than one that runs monthly rounds with the same headcount. So every plan includes unlimited rounds, and the only number that matters is how many members you're actively managing.
Basic is built for programs still finding their footing: a hobby group running its first matching pilot, a small team trying out a coffee chat rotation, or a community testing engagement. Pro is where most established communities land, once you need a custom matching algorithm and flexible scheduling that doesn't require anyone to babysit it.

CoffeeChats.ai starts at $15 a month for the Basic plan, which covers up to 24 active users. The Pro plan is $99 a month per every 200 active users with a custom matching algorithm and advanced analytics. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact us for a quote.
Is there a free trial?
