Why we price by member count, not by chat volume
A lot of matching and engagement tools charge per introduction sent, which quietly punishes you for running your program well. We think that's backwards. A community that runs weekly rounds shouldn't pay more than one that runs monthly rounds with the same headcount. So every plan includes unlimited rounds, and the only number that matters is how many members you're actively managing.
Starter is built for programs still finding their footing: an ERG running its first mentorship pilot, a startup with 60 employees trying out a coffee chat rotation, or a small alumni chapter testing engagement. Growth is where most established programs land, once you're past a hundred members and need multi-timezone scheduling that doesn't require anyone to babysit it.

How much does CoffeeChats.ai cost?
CoffeeChats.ai starts at $49 a month for the Starter plan, which covers up to 100 members. The Growth plan is $199 a month for up to 1,000 members with advanced matching and automated scheduling. Enterprise pricing is custom and scales with member count and requirements.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can connect your directory and run your first round of coffee chats before paying anything. Reach out through the contact page and we'll get your workspace set up the same day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your community grows or shrinks. Billing adjusts on your next cycle, and Starter and Growth are both month-to-month with no long-term contract.
What happens if I go over my member limit?
We reach out before you hit any hard limits so you can move to the right plan ahead of time. We never cut off introductions mid-round or hit you with a surprise overage fee.
Does Enterprise include a dedicated support contact?
